MILITARY AND GSA CLAIMS ASSISTANCE
Dependable RELO makes every attempt to treat your goods as if they are our own, but accidents do occasionally happen. We are dedicated to resolving all claims in an equitable and timely manner. There are special considerations for military move claims, and our expertise in this area ensures claims are handled as quickly and professionally as possible.
Military members needing to file a claim need to go to the official Department of Defense DPS portal. Once the information has been electronically forwarded from the DPS site, we will establish the file and assign the case to an adjuster. When filing a claim, retain the damaged articles, including shipping cartons. These items must be available for inspection. Be sure to have shipping documents available at the time of inspection.
